Patient Service Centers

Patients can go to any of our patient service centers located in Omaha and Lincoln. No appointment necessary.

What you will need:

• Laboratory orders from your physician
• Current ID and insurance card
• Wear a shirt with short sleeves or sleeves that roll up
• Check with your physician if you need to fast prior to your collection
• Drink plenty of water
